GJ’s Landscape and Civil was engaged directly by North Sydney Council to deliver the upgrade and expansion of the playground in one of North Sydney’s largest and best loved parks. The upgrade provided a unique opportunity to refurbish the existing playground which caters for younger children, and also expand the size of the playground to provide opportunities for older children’s adventure play.
Key improvements included:
- 500m2 of new asphalt and concrete paths
- New Snakes and Ladders game
- Bespoke timber animals including lizard and bush turkey
- All new extreme play equipment for over 12’s including Eagle’s Nest, Giant Swing, Skysurfer and Track Ride
