GJ’s Landscape and Civil was engaged directly by Lipman Pty Ltd to deliver the landscaping to this Aged Care Facility.
Opal Bathurst is focused on providing a friendly & open atmosphere for its residents and their families in the Central West region of New South Wales.
The extensive landscaping incorporates a playground and courtyard area. The courtyard area is a great place to sit and relax in a quiet atmosphere under a large shade sail in teak armchairs. A great space for quiet reflection and conversation.
Key improvements included:
- The playground area features an accessible play tower, bamboo totem poles as well as a seesaw, spinning bowl and animal springers.
- Cheeky sculptures of kangaroos, emus and rabbits delight around every corner.
- Hand crafted basalt stone wall provides much needed seating close to where grandchildren can play and interact with their family members.
- Hand cut sandstone flagging allows connection between the indoor and outdoor.
