The Tuggeranong Aged Care project, now known as the multiple award winning Greenway Views, was a great collaboration with FDC Constructions and our subcontractors to produce such a vibrant, active environment that fosters a sense of purpose, wellbeing and homeliness with the people who call Greenway Views home.
Key improvements included:
- Over 7200m2 of garden and turf areas
- Installation of 4415 trees, shrubs and groundcovers, and over 9000 tube stock.
- Hydroseeding to over 8000m2
- Rehabilitation of a 200m long water course running through the site, with the aim to re-establish flora and fauna throughout the area.
- Playground including slide and balance trail, nature play area, sandpit and shade structure
- Dog Park including bench seats and drinking fountain
- Artificial plants to indoor spaces
