GJ’s Landscape and Civil was engaged directly by Richard Crookes Constructions to deliver the luxurious, harbour-side Kurraba Residences, surrounded by layered gardens at ground level and shared rooftop garden. 50 mature trees were craned onto site as part of the expansive landscaping. The extensive internal and external landscaped areas were key to the development and provide excellent benefits to both community and residents.
Key works included:
- Craning of 50 mature trees on to site
- Over 100m2 of beautiful Mt White Sandstone slabs installed as crazy paving
- Over 400m3 of garden soils were efficiently blown in to the project
- Livistona australis and Howea forsteriana specified by the architect to balance light into apartments whilst also providing canopy coverage without blocking neighbouring views
