GJ’s Landscape and Civil was engaged directly by Lipman Pty Ltd to deliver the landscaping to a new Aged Care facility. Works also included a new public playground for Sutherland Shire Council and bush regeneration works including the installation of nest boxes and local provenance plants.
Key improvements included:
- New playground including a multi-tower, nest swing, fitness equipment, and nature play area
- New seating, bike racks and drinking fountain to the playground
- New fencing and planting
- Bush regeneration works including weed management, installation of 8 nest boxes, installation of 1800 endemic tube stock plants
- Over 1500m2 of landscaping to the aged care facility and public domain area
